At East Bridge Training (EBT), we are committed to transparent communication and clarity
in all our processes. We encourage all learners to review our fee and refund policy carefully
before proceeding with course enrollment.

Once the application process is completed, students are required to pay the applicable course
fee, which includes a non-refundable admission fee. This fee applies to all program
formats—online, in-class, blended courses, workshops, and seminars.
Please note that all course fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason.
Personal circumstances such as medical issues, travel disruptions, family emergencies, or any
other individual challenges will not be considered valid grounds for a refund. EBT does not
entertain any requests for fee refunds under any condition once payment has been processed.
However, in cases where a learner is unable to attend the course, EBT offers the flexibility to
transfer to the next available batch, subject to availability and approval by the management. If
the transfer request is made 30 days or fewer before the scheduled course start date, a transfer
fee will be applicable. This fee must be paid within 15 days of the request to confirm the
transfer.
Students may also opt to defer their enrollment for up to six months. If the course is not
completed within this timeframe, the registration will be considered canceled.
Please note
that East Bridge Training (EBT) will not provide a refund of the course fee in case of
cancellation of registration.
