Welcome to East Bridge Training FZ-LLC (“East Bridge Training”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These
Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online learning
platform, and all associated services, including training courses, certifications, consulting,
and partnerships (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our website or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to comply
with these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you should stop accessing or
using our website and services immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
When you visit or engage with this website or any service provided by East Bridge Training
FZ-LLC, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these Terms along with the
governing laws of the United Arab Emirates.
By continuing to access or use our website after any modifications, you indicate your
agreement to comply with the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
Our programs and services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. By enrolling, you
confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
Institutions or organizations enrolling staff or groups must ensure all participants meet the
eligibility criteria.
3. Course Enrolment & Payment

Enrolment is confirmed only upon full or partial payment of the applicable course fee, as communicated on our website or official communication channels.
- All course fees are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) or in equivalent currencies (USD, GBP, EUR, INR) where applicable.
- Payment can be made via the secure online payment gateway or through other approved methods listed on our website. Or bank transfer or cash payment at our
registered center
- You are responsible for ensuring that payment details provided are accurate and authorized. East Bridge Training FZ-LLC is not liable for any payment errors or
unauthorized transactions.
- Access to online courses, certifications, or consultation services will be granted once payment is successfully processed and verified.
4. Course Delivery & Academic Integrity
- Authentic Participation:
Participants are expected to complete all course activities, assignments, and
assessments independently, demonstrating genuine effort and understanding.
- Prohibition of AI and Plagiarism:
The use of artificial intelligence tools, automated writing systems, or any third-party
services to generate assignments, lesson plans, or assessments is strictly prohibited.
Any content submitted must reflect the participant’s original work.
- Plagiarism and Misconduct:
Copying or reproducing material from other sources without proper
acknowledgment, submitting work done by another individual, or engaging in any
form of academic dishonesty constitutes misconduct.
- Consequences of Unethical Practices:
Participants found to have engaged in plagiarism, AI-generated submissions,
falsification of work, impersonation, or other unethical practices will be subject to
disciplinary action, including but not limited to:
- Immediate disqualification from the program
- Withholding or cancellation of certification
- Reporting of the violation to relevant accreditation or regulatory bodies
- Monitoring and Verification:
East Bridge Training FZ-LLC reserves the right to verify the authenticity of submitted
work using plagiarism detection tools, internal reviews, or oral evaluations when
necessary.
- Professional Conduct:
All learners are expected to maintain respectful communication, academic honesty,
and integrity throughout their learning journey. Disruptive or inappropriate
behaviour within online platforms or group sessions may result in suspension or
removal from the course.
- No Guarantee of Certification:
Completion of course modules alone do not guarantee certification. Certification is
awarded only upon successful fulfilment of all program requirements,
demonstration of ethical conduct, and adherence to East Bridge Training’s code of
academic integrity.
5. Refund & Batch Transfer Policy
All course fees are non-refundable once payment has been made and enrolment is
confirmed.
For fully online (self-paced) courses – Once payment has been made and enrolment is
confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
For live online and in-class programs – refunds are not applicable; however, participants
may request to transfer to the next available batch subject to approval and seat availability.
In the rare event that a course is cancelled by East Bridge Training FZ-LLC, participants will
be offered either a full refund or a seat in an alternate batch at no additional cost.
6. Intellectual Property
All content available on our website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics,
course materials, trademarks, logos, videos, and software, is the exclusive property of East
Bridge Training FZ-LLC or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our content without prior
written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action in
accordance with the provisions of Federal Decree-Law No. (38) of 2021 on Copyrights and
Neighbouring Rights of the United Arab Emirates.
7. Use of Website & Platform
You agree not to misuse our website or online platform in any way, including but not limited
to:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks;
- Sharing login credentials with others;
- Uploading malicious code, spam, or content that violates UAE laws or public
decency;
- Using our Services for commercial purposes without authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms or
misuse our platform.
8. Certifications & Recognition
While East Bridge Training FZ-LLC offers internationally recognized and KHDA-approved
programs, the acceptance or recognition of qualifications is subject to the policies of
employers, academic institutions, and authorities in respective countries.
We make no guarantee of employment, promotion, or visa eligibility based solely on
completion of our programs.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, East Bridge Training FZ-LLC shall not be liable for
any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website,
services, or materials.
Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total course fees paid by you for the
service in question.
10. Disclaimers
All information, materials, and services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind,
express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that our website or
platform will be free of viruses or harmful components.
Course content may evolve periodically to align with updated industry standards or
accreditation requirements.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of the United Arab Emirates, particularly the Emirate of Dubai.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
