Admission Terms - East Bridge Training

Non-Refundable Fee

Upon completion of the application procedure, you will be required to pay a non-refundable admission course fee. This fee is non-refundable under personal circumstances, including health/medical issues, family matters, or other individual concerns. The fee will only be refundable if the course is discontinued by East Bridge Training (EBT). If you are unable to complete the course for any reason, the course fee paid will be forfeited.

Balance / Installment Fee Payment

Failure to pay installment fees by the due date will result in a 15-day grace period. During this period, students must pay the balance fee along with a penalty fee. If the payment is not made within the grace period, the course will be discontinued, and the student will need to reapply and pay the full course fee again.

Cancellation of Registration

Registration cancellations are not permitted unless on exceptional grounds. Payments are non-refundable, and the decision of the training administration will be final.

Payment

By making payments to East Bridge Training (EBT), students confirm that they are using their funds or have proper authorization from a third party for payment. The student assumes responsibility for all fees, penalties, and legal consequences associated with unauthorized transactions.

Re-Registration

Students who fail to complete their course within the stipulated time without valid notification will have their registration canceled. To continue the program, they must re-register by paying an additional fee of 100 USD, which grants a 3-month extension. If the student does not complete the course within this period, re-registration requires an increased fee of 200 USD for another 2-month extension. Failure to complete the course thereafter will necessitate fresh admission and payment of the full course fee.

Certification

Certificates will be issued only upon the successful completion of all assignments and submission of feedback forms. No certificate requests will be entertained before the program is completed. While exit route certifications are not encouraged, they may be issued based on student requirements and management decisions, subject to applicable fees.

Grading

Once an assignment has been graded and credits earned, it cannot be redone for grade improvement. If an assignment must be redone, students will be informed by their coordinator.

Grade Sheet

A soft copy of the grade sheet will be available within two months after program completion. An additional fee will be applicable for this service.

Course Duration

The duration of each program is clearly outlined in the Welcome Letter. Requests to extend the duration beyond what is officially permitted will not be entertained. Maintenance bench fees will be applicable for students exceeding the maximum time frame for completion.

Time for Evaluation

EBT will take up to three weeks to evaluate assignments.

Registered Email Address

The email address provided during admission will be considered the registered email for all correspondence.

Course Access

Online course access will be granted within one week of completing the admission process, including payment and acceptance of terms. Course materials are available online and cannot be printed.

Assignments and Academic Integrity

Plagiarism is a serious academic offence and will not be tolerated. Students must properly cite all sources used in their assignments. The following rules apply:

Assignments exceeding 25% plagiarism will result in a warning and a request for resubmission.
Repeated offences will incur a fine of 50 USD per submission.
Assignments containing over 40% AI-generated content will be rejected, and students must resubmit.

Failed Assignment Norms

Students must adhere to assignment guidelines to pass. Failure to meet these guidelines will result in an automatic fail (F). Redoing a module or assignment will require an additional fee of 50 USD for core modules and 100 USD for research projects.

Malpractice Policy
Malpractice includes but is not limited to plagiarism, collusion, copying, falsifying results, impersonation, and inappropriate content in coursework. Any violation will result in disciplinary action.
Application and Applicant Background Information
Students must provide truthful information in their application. Misrepresentation of credentials or submission of falsified documents will result in immediate dismissal without a refund.
Electronic Correspondence and Course Information
All official correspondence will be conducted via email. Students must ensure they regularly check their email for updates.
Force Majeure
EBT is not responsible for disruptions due to unforeseen events, including natural disasters, wars, strikes, or government actions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All legal matters will be governed by the applicable laws in the country where East Bridge Training operates.
Placement and Job Assistance
EBT provides placement-related assistance but does not guarantee job offers. Students are responsible for their job search efforts.
